She loves getting to be a part of the rebuilding God does in people's lives through Restoration Place Church in Daphne, AL where her husband of 24 years, Timothy Conaway, serves as Founder and Senior Pastor.

Dr. Tenekia Hill is the Pastor of Emerge Global Center in San Francisco, CA, and Mobile, AL, where she serves her community through ministries and businesses that meet both spiritual and practical needs. With a heart for those facing societal barriers, she founded B U NIQUE Outreach, a bi-coastal nonprofit that now operates internationally in Kenya and Grenada, empowering people to rise above adversity and embrace their God-given purpose.
A proud Mobile, AL native, wife of 20 years to Marlon Hill, and mother of six, Dr. Hill has launched impactful initiatives including Jewels in Jail (for incarcerated women), My Brother’s Keeper (mental health advocacy), and Strategic Financial (workforce readiness in partnership with San Francisco). Her outreach also extends to scholarships, fuel and toy drives, and family support programs.
Marked by resilience, compassion, and vision, Dr. Hill continues to build bridges between faith and community, inspiring transformation and advancing the Kingdom of God.

Katrina Ayers
Servant-Leader, Coach, CEO
Katrina Ayers is a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ, proud mother of three daughters, and passionate leader called to serve in both ministry and marketplace. A Pensacola native now residing in Mobile, Alabama, she is a Certified Financial Coach, Credit and Tax Specialist, CEO of Nxt Level Thinking, LLC, and a U.S. Army National Guard Staff Sergeant.
Known as The Financial Kingdom Coach, Katrina equips women to break free from financial bondage by aligning mindset and money management with biblical principles—reminding them that “broke ain’t biblical.” Her mission is to empower others to walk in financial freedom and pursue their God-given purpose with clarity and confidence.
For the past nine years, she has been a faithful member and core team leader at Restoration Place Church, living out her call to love God, love people, and reflect the Kingdom. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Social Work at Troy University, Katrina’s journey is marked by faith, perseverance, and transformation. Whether in uniform, business, or ministry, she inspires women to trust God, steward life wisely, and embrace the abundant future He has promised.
